Dismissal of the Motion for the Approval of a Class Action

Further to the Company's report dated August 29, 2013 (reference 2013-01-132813), and to Note 23 of the Company's 2015 financial reports , the Company hereby reports that the District Court in Tel ‑ Aviv dismissed today the Motion filed on August 29, 2013 , fo r the certification of a Class Action against the Company, Israel Corporation, the Company's Board of Directors and CEO , on the grounds of misleading information, deception and non ‑ disclosure of material information in the Company's reports, allegedly in v iolation of the provisions of the Israeli Securities Law and the Israeli general laws. T he court also ruled that the plaintiff shall pay to the Company and the other defendants a portion of the trial expenses and attorneys' fees .
