ICL's Annual Corporate Responsibility Report
The Company hereby announces that the ICL annual corporate responsibility web-report for 2020 (the "2020 ICL CSR Report") has been released and can be found in the following link: 2020 ICL CSR Report. The on-line report includes over 140 topic-specific web pages, providing the Company's diverse stakeholders with easy access to their choice of interest. The report also includes interactive features, including short films and dynamic data charts.
As part of ICL's sustainability approach, ICL incorporated several SASB and TCFD indicators into the report in addition to GRI standards. Accordingly, ICL intends to include disclosures recommended by the TCFD beginning with ICL's 2021 annual report.
The 2020 ICL CSR Report contains, among other things, the following information:
- Comprehensive information regarding the Company's sustainability practices, such as: Environment, Safety, Ethics, Employment, Sustainable Solutions and Innovation, Responsible Procurement, and Community Engagement.
- Useful one-page summaries of KPI's and Trends, Products & Carbon Footprints.
- ICL's vision for 2030 and the roadmap to becoming carbon neutral by 2050, including Climate Change Strategy, aimed to help meet global challenges such as climate change, renewable energy, circular economy, and others.
- The Company's contribution to the present and future of humanity through the UN's sustainable development goals: Zero Hunger, Clean Water, Decent Work, Responsible Consumption and others.
- Site-specific environmental success stories regarding Energy, Water, Waste and Air emissions.
- The Company as an Employer of Choice: expansions on Fair Employment Practices, including employee Training and Development, Welfare and Well-Being, as well as promotion of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
- ICL as an Economic and Employment pillar in the Israeli Negev region.
- All aspects of ICL's response to the challenges of the COVID-19 Crisis.

דוח האחריות התאגידית השנתי של ICL
החברה מתכבדת לעדכן על פרסום דוח האחריות התאגידית המקוון של ICL לשנת 2020 )"דוח אחריות תאגידית 2020"(. ניתן למצוא את הדוח בקישור הבא: דוח אחריות תאגידית .2020 דוח מקוון זה מספק למחזיקי העניין הרבים של ICL גישה ישירה למעל 140 עמודי אינטרנט ספציפיים עבור יוזמות ותחומי קיימות שונים. אתר הדוח כולל מאפיינים אינטראקטיביים, כגון סרטונים ותרשימי מידע דינמיים.
כנדבך נוסף של חזון הקיימות של החברה, ICL שילבה בדוח גם אינדיקטורים של SASB ו- TCFD, בנוסף לתקני GRI. בהתאם, בכוונת ICL לכלול אינדיקטורים של TCFD בדיווח הכספי החל מהדוח השנתי לשנת .2021
דוח האחריות התאגידית ,2020 בין היתר, כולל:
- מידע מקיף בנוגע לפרקטיקות ולביצועים של ICL בכלל תחומי הקיימות, כגון: סביבה, בטיחות, אתיקה, העסקה, פתרונות ברי-קי ימא וחדשנות, תהליכי רכש אחראיים ומעורבות קהילתית.
- סיכום מדדי ביצוע (KPI )עיקריים ומגמות, וטביעת רגל פחמנית למוצרים של החברה.
- חזון הקיימות של ICL ל2030- ו מפת הדרכים להגעה ליעד של אפס פליטות פחמניות עד ,2050 לרבות אסטרטגית שינוי האקלים, שמטרתם לסייע בהתמודדות עם אתגרים גלובליים כגון שינוי אקלים, אנרגיה מתחדשת, כלכלה מעגלית ועוד.
- התרומה של ICL להווה ולע תיד האנושות, באמצעות היעדים לפיתוח בר-קיימא של האו"ם: מיגור הרעב , מים נקיים, הוגנות תעסוקתית, צריכה אחראית ועוד.
- סיפורי הצלחה ממוקדי אתר בתחומים סביבתיים, כגון אנרגיה, מים, פסולת ופליטות אוויר.
- ICL כמעסיק מועדף: הרחבה על פרקט יקות העסקה הוגנת, כולל הדרכה ופיתוח, דאגה לרווחת העובדים, והמשך קידום גיוון תעסוקתי ושוויון מגדרי.
- ICL כעמוד תווך כלכלי ות עסוקתי בישראל ובנגב.
- התמודדות החברה עם כלל האתגרים השונים שיצר משבר הקורונה.
