Final determination by the ITC – ICL Magnesium Imports to the US Did Not Cause Injury
Further to Note 6.2 of the Company's financial statements for the third quarter of 2019, regarding the petition filed in the US requesting to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of magnesium from Israel, the Company hereby reports that today the International Trade Commission (hereinafter "ITC") unanimously resolved that no material injury or threat of injury has been caused to the US magnesium industry.
The ITC decision brings to an end the administrative investigation against the import of magnesium produced in Israel to the US, and terminates the customs duty rates set by the US Department of Commerce

החלטה סופית של ITC בארה"ב לפיה יבוא המגנזיום של החברה לארה"ב לא גרם נזק
בהמשך לבאור 6.2 לדוחות הכספיים של החברה לרבעון השלישי של שנת ,2019 בדבר העתירה שהוגשה בארצות הברית להטלת מכס נגד היצף ומכס מאזן על ייבוא מגנזיום המיוצר בישראל, מתכבדת החברה לעדכן כי היום קיבל ה- Commission Trade International( להלן "ITC )"החלטה פה אחד לפיה לא נגרם נזק לתעשיית המגנזיום בארה"ב כתוצאה מייבוא מגנזיום מישראל.
החלטת ה-ITC כאמור מביאה לסיומה את החקירה המנהלית כלפי חברת המגנזיום בקשר עם ייבוא מגנזיום המיוצר בישראל לארה"ב, ומבטלת את שיעורי המכס שנקבעו על ידי משרד המסחר האמריקאי.
