ICL Announces Appointment of Elad Aharonson as New President and Chief Executive Officer
ICL today announced that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Elad Aharonson as ICL's new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 13, 2025. He will succeed Raviv Zoller who will work with Aharonson to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.
Elad Aharonson joined ICL nearly four years ago, serving as President of ICL's Growing Solutions since April 2021. Prior to joining ICL, Elad served at Elbit Systems Ltd. for approximately 16 years, holding various senior executive positions.
Yoav Doppelt, Chairman of ICL's Board of Directors, along with the Board members, expressed confidence that Elad is the right person to head ICL and extended their thanks to Raviv for his leadership and contribution to ICL.

אלעד אהרונסון הצטרף ל-ICL לפני 4 שנים בקירוב, ומכהן כנשיא חטיבת פתרונות הצמיחה מ אז אפריל .2021 לפני הצטרפותו ל-ICL, כיהן אלעד במשך כ16- שנים בתפקידים ניהוליים בכירים שונים בחברת אלביט מערכות בע"מ.
