Appointment of Mr. Gadi Lesin as a Member to the Company's Board of Directors
The Company hereby reports that today its Board of Directors appointed Mr. Gadi Lesin as a new Independent Board Member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately and until the next annual general meeting of the Company's shareholders.
From 2009 to 2018, Mr. Lesin served as president and CEO of Strauss Group Ltd. ("Strauss Group"), an international food and beverage company and the largest food company in Israel. Mr. Lesin successfully led the Strauss Group through a time of intense economic, global and social change. Under his leadership, the Strauss Group strengthened its international operations, more than doubled its equity value, and grew its profits significantly.
Mr. Lesin holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the Tel Aviv College of Management and an MBA degree from Ben Gurion University. Furthermore, Mr. Lesin currently serves as a director in ORIAN SH.M. Ltd.

החברה מתכבדת לדווח, כי דירקטוריון החברה מינה היום את מר גדי לסין כדירקטור בלתי תלוי חד ש בחברה, בתוקף מיידי ועד לכינוס האסיפה השנתית הקרובה של בעלי המניות בחברה.
משנת 2009 לשנת ,2018 כיהן מר לסין כנשיא ומנכ"ל חברת שטראוס גרופ בע"מ )"קבוצת שטראוס"(, חברת מזון ומשקאות גלובלית וחברת המזון הגדולה ביותר בישראל. מר לסין הוביל בהצלחה את קבוצת שטראוס בתקופה של שינוי כלכלי, גלובלי וחברתי משמעותי. תחת הנהגתו, קבוצת שטראוס ביססה את פעילותה הבינלאומית, יותר מהכפילה את שווי החברה ורווחיותה צמחה באופן משמעותי.
מר לסין הינו בעל תואר ראשון במנהל עסקים מהמכללה למנהל ותואר שני במנהל עסקים )MBA) מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון. בנוסף, מר לסין מכהן כדירקטור בחברת אוריין ש.מ בע"מ.
