Asher Grinbaum named Temporary CEO

Further to the Company's announcement dated September 8, 2016, regarding the resignation of Mr. Stefan Borgas, the Company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Board of Directors, the Company hereby reports that today the Board has named Mr. Asher Grinbaum, until recently Executive Vice President and COO, to fill the role of CEO on an interim basis, effective immediately until a permanent CEO is appointed.

מינוי אשר גרינבאום כממלא מקום מנכ"ל

בהמשך לדיווח החברה מיום 8 בספטמבר ,2016 בקשר עם פרישתו של מר סטפן בורגס, מנכ"ל החברה וחבר דירקטוריון, החברה מדווחת בזאת, כי דירקטוריון החברה מינה היום את מר אשר גרינבאום, עד לאחרונה משנה למנכ"ל החברה ומנהל תפעול ראשי )COO), כממלא מקום מנכ"ל החברה, וזאת עד למינויו של מנכ"ל קבוע. מינויו של מר גרינבאום ייכנס לתוקף באופן מידי.
