End of Tenure of Director Chaim Erez

Further to the Proxy Statement dated November 4, 2014, the Company wishes to report that the tenure of Mr. Chaim Erez as member of the ICL’s Board of Directors, expired on the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders, held on December 11, 2014. Mr. Erez served as a member of ICL’s Board of Directors since February 1, 1996.
