Icelandic Salmon AS : Exercise of share option

Icelandic Salmon CEO, Mr. Björn Hembre, has as of today executed his option rights according to a Share Option Agreement, as part of a Management Agreement from 28 September 2018. The Option Agreement granted him the option right of 165.000 shares in Icelandic Salmon AS at an exercise price of 60 NOK per share. The options were settled with a cash contribution at closing share price Wednesday, November 17.

Björn Hembre holds 2.900 shares through his investment company IVMA AS. In Addition Björn Hembre has a remaining 3-year Share Option Agreement of 100.000 shares in Icelandic Salmon AS at an exercise price of NOK 115 per share.
