Icelandic Group hf. - Changes board/management/auditors

- Changes in the alternate board of directors

The board of Icelandic Group hf., id 461296-2119, has received a note from Magnús Þorsteinsson, id. 061261-5409, Eyrarlandsvegur 22, 600 Akureyri where Magnús announced that he has decided as of today to resign from his position as alternative board member. With reference to Icelandic laws 2. mgr. 64. gr. laws no. 2/1995 on publicly held companies, the board of directors does not find the reason to elect a new alternative board member to fill his position and will postpone the election to the next Annual General Meeting.
