Documentation in final stages regarding the sale of Icelandair Hotels

Icelandair Group is currently in final negotiations regarding the sale of its subsidiary Icelandair Hotels and associated real estate with the prospective buyer. Documentation of the transaction is ongoing and the Parties anticipate to sign a Share Purchase Agreement no later than 16 July 2019. It is assumed that Icelandair Group will retain a 25% share in the sold assets. Icelandair Group will provide further details on the buyer and the transaction once a Share Purchase Agreement has been signed.
