• a. Accc;ded its approval to bring back 46,800 stock options lapsed on account of non exercise of such options into the overall ESOP pool of the Ice Make ESOP 2018; and

• b. Approved the re-grant of 46,800 Options (i.e., the options which were lapsed and brought back -

• into the ESOP Pool) to the eligible employees at an Exercise Price of Rs. 57 / per Option.
