Ice Make has designed, engineered, manufacture d and s upplied Heat Pump Food Drier cum dehydra tor to M/s E3 Agro Solutions Private Limited for cardamom drying on basis of design provided by them with mutual and joint engineering for proto type manufacturing, which is fully automated & PLC operated Heat Pump Dryer. Ti this time the farmers or manufacturers are using Kiln type cardamom dryer where fuel used was wood or saw dust. Heat Pump Dryer (HPD) has been commissioned in ldduki - Cardamom Capital of India in Kerala. It is found to be more efficient as compared with the existing cardamom dryers being used. The present HPD supplied produces 100 kg per batch cardamom. Now various Customers of M/s E3 Agro Solutions who have partnered with Ice Make for this Venture are so much satisfied that we have received enquiries for 500 Kg as well as 750 kg per batch. The batch time varies from 15 to 22 hours.
