On March 13, 2012, Daniel A. Ninivaggi, the President and Principal Executive Officer of Icahn Enterprises, L.P. (“Icahn Enterprises”), was appointed to serve as an additional director of Icahn Enterprises G.P. Inc., the general partner of Icahn Enterprises.
