AVAILABILITY OF ICADE'S UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT (URD) AND PUBLICATION OF ITS 2020 ANNUAL INTEGRATED REPORT

Availability of the 2020 URD

Icade announces that the French version of its 2020 Universal Registration Document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 25, 2021 under number D.21-0193.

This document can be viewed on or downloaded from:

Publication of the 2020 Annual Integrated Report

For the third year in a row, Icade is publishing an Annual Integrated Report based on the recommendations of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC).

This document highlights Icade's ability to create value in the short, medium and long term for the benefit of its customers, partners, employees, local authorities and communities, and society as a whole. It also sets out the highlights and achievements in 2020.

The 2020 Annual Integrated Report and additional digital content (videos, infographics) can be viewed on or downloaded from Icade's website at www.icade.fr. A version accessible for visually impaired persons will also be made available.

Overview of the financial calendar:

• Annual General Meeting: April 23, 2021 (to be held in a virtual format only)
• Q1 financial data: April 23, 2021 after the market closes
• Half Year Results: July 26, 2021 before the market opens
• Q3 financial data: October 25, 2021 before the market opens
