PART-DIEU DISTRICT IN LYON: ICADE COMPLETES REFURBISHMENT OF THE LAFAYETTE B/C BUILDINGS, WITH 6,960 SQ.M OF OFFICES, 80% PRE-LET

On September 10, 2019, Icade completed buildings B and C in the Lafayette section on rue Masséna, in the Part-Dieu district of Lyon.

These fully refurbished buildings have been extended and floors have been added. They encompass 6,960 sq.m of office space and have obtained two types of certification: NF HQE for office buildings and BREEAM Very Good.

Upon their completion, they were 80% pre-let with three leases already signed. The tenants include AMDG, for 870 sq.m under a 6-year lease; DESKEO, for 2,000 sq.m under 9-year lease; and SYSTRA, for 2,300 sq.m under a 6-year lease.
