PRESS RELEASE

Paris, 19 January 2015

A PROMISING START TO THE YEAR ON THE LEASING FRONT

Icade announces two new signatures, for a lease extension and/or renewal, after the signature, disclosed on 29 December 2014, of a lease for 9,955 sq. m of offices in EQHO with a leading industrial group: Air Liquide.

Xerox France, which has been a tenant at Roissy Paris Nord 2 park since 2006, has decided to reinforce its presence on the site, moving its head office there in 2015 with a lease for an additional 3,000 sq. m, increasing its total surface area to 8,635 sq. m for a firm six-year time.

At the same time, Icade has signed a lease for 2,700 sq. m with the French Ministry of Justice in Millénaire 2 (Paris, 19th district), a building adjacent to Millénaire 3 which the Ministry is expected to move into by next autumn.

These two signatures reflect a promising start to the year for Icade. They illustrate its role supporting its clients' real-estate strategies and its ability to adapt its projects to their changing needs.
