ICADE CONFIRMS THE DISPOSAL OF THE NANTERRE SEINE BUSINESS PARK AND THE DEFENSE 3 BUILDING

Following the preliminary agreement signed at the beginning of October 2016, Icade has today successfully sold to Société de la Tour Eiffel its Nanterre Seine business park (excluding the Axe Seine building) and the Défense 3 building located in Nanterre for a total amount of around €145 million.

In line with its strategic roadmap, Icade is refocusing on its most important business parks, one of its priorities for 2016.
