Şirketimizin 8.000.000.000.-TL olarak belirlenen kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 1.845.000.000.-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin nakden (bedelli) ve/veya sermaye avansından karşılanmak üzere %19 oranında 350.550.000 TL tutarında ve Sermaye Düzeltmesi Olumlu Farkları'ndan karşılanmak üzere %100 oranında 1.845.000.000 TL tutarında da iç kaynaklardan (bedelsiz) olmak suretiyle toplam 2.195.550.000.-TL (%119) artırılarak 4.040.550.000.-TL'ye çıkartılmasına ilişkin hazırlanan izahnamenin onaylanması amacı ile Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na bugün başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
