Application for Admission

Ibstock plc hereby announces that an application has been made to the United Kingdom Listing Authority (UKLA) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for a block listing in aggregate of up to 2,000,000 Shares.

Admission is expected to become effective on 23 January 2019. When issued, these shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The Shares noted above are being reserved under the block listing and will be issued, as and when required, in connection with the grant, vesting and/or exercise of awards under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, Share Option Plan and Sharesave Plan (as applicable).
