Issue of shares under Share Incentive Plan

Ibstock plc announces the issue of 552,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's share incentive plan ("SIP").

The Ordinary Shares issued are to be used in respect of free share awards to employees under the SIP, details of which were disclosed in the Company's prospectus dated 22 October 2015.

Applications have been made to the United Kingdom Listing Authority (UKLA) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for the admission of these shares to the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the main market of the LSE. Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 406,101,622.
