Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2016

Ibstock plc (the "Company") announces that it has published its full Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2015 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2016, which is to be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday 26 May 2016 at The Mercure Leicester, The Grand Hotel, Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 6ES.

Copies of the documents listed below have today been posted to shareholders:

1.       Annual Report and Accounts 2015

2.       Notice of Annual General Meeting 2016

3.       Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting 2016
