Ibstock Defined Benefit Pension Scheme (the "Scheme")
The Company has commenced a consultation process with approximately 40% of its UK based employees with regard to a proposal to close the Scheme to future accrual for all active members. The consultation process will last for a minimum period of 60 days.
No further announcement will be issued until the consultation process has been completed.
