2017 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018

Further to the release of the Company's preliminary results announcement on 6 March 2018, the Company announces that it has today published its full Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017.

The Company also announces that it has today posted copies of the documents listed below to shareholders:

1.       2017 Annual Report and Accounts

2.       Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018

3.       Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting 2018

The Annual General Meeting 2018, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday 24 May 2018 at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, 3 London Wall Buildings, London Wall, London EC2M 5SY.

A copy of each of these documents has also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm 

The 2017 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018 will also be accessible later today via the Company's website at www.ibstockplc.com/investors
