TRANSACTIONS BY PDMRs

Ibstock plc ("Ibstock or "the Company") was notified on 10 August 2017 of the following transactions that took place on 10 August 2017 in relation to the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN Code of GB00BYXJC278) on the London Stock Exchange.
