Ibstock plc (the "Company")

TRANSACTIONS BY PDMRs

Ibstock plc ("Ibstock or "the Company") was notified on 24 March 2017 of the following transactions that took place on the same day in relation to the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN Code of GB00BYXJC278) on the London Stock Exchange.

Wayne Sheppard, Chief Executive Officer, together with a person closely associated ("PCA") with him, sold 3,731,583 ordinary shares in the Company at 207p per share. Following this sale, representing 33 per cent of their holding, Wayne Sheppard, together with his PCA, retains an interest in 7,576,244 shares, representing c.1.9 per cent of the issued share capital of Ibstock.

Kevin Sims, Chief Financial Officer sold 2,425,529 ordinary shares in the Company at 207p per share. Following this sale, representing 33 per cent of his holding, Kevin Sims, retains an interest in 4,924,558 shares, representing c.1.2 per cent of the issued share capital of Ibstock.

A PCA with Jamie Pike, Chairman, purchased 72,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 207p per share. Following this purchase Jamie Pike and his PCA have an interest in 98,500 shares, representing c.0.02 per cent of the issued share capital of Ibstock.
