Ibstock plc Sharesave Plan

Ibstock plc ("the Company") announces in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4R, that on        9th December 2015, Mr Wayne Sheppard, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an option over 11,842 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), with an exercise price of 152p per Ordinary Share.

The option was granted under the Ibstock plc Sharesave Plan, an all-employee savings related share option plan which was disclosed in the Prospectus.
