Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 30 April 2019, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 409,051,423 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights is therefore 409,051,423.        

The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Forticrete: A leading manufacturer of concrete substitutes for natural stone walling, dressings and concrete roof tiles, with seven manufacturing plants in the United Kingdom.
