Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Jamie Pike, Independent Non-Executive Chairman, today purchased 26,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 192.5p per share.

The shares will be transferred into a nominee account and held by his spouse.

This will result in Jamie Pike having a total interest in 26,000 shares in the Company (0.006%)

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
