Ibstock plc (the "Company") announces that Tracey Graham, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has informed the Board of her intention to step down as a Non-executive Director at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2023.

The Board will now commence a process to identify potential successors to the roles held by Mrs Graham and a further announcement will be made in due course.
