Directorate Change - Appointment of Executive Director

Ibstock plc ("Ibstock" or the "Company") announces that Kate Tinsley will be appointed to the Board as an Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2020.

Kate is currently the Managing Director of Ibstock Clay having joined the Company in May of this year.

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
