Director Change

Ibstock plc ('Ibstock' or the 'Company') announces that, after relocating to the USA to take up a new appointment, Lynn Minella, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will step down from the Board on 31 December 2017.

Tracey Graham, Non-Executive Director, will take on the role as chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 January 2018.

The Board is in the process of recruiting Lynn's replacement and will make a further announcement in due course.

Jamie Pike, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Directors, I should like to express my thanks to Lynn for her contribution to the Company since joining the Board, shortly after the IPO, in February 2016. We appreciate the efforts Lynn has made to accommodate the Board since leaving the UK and wish her every success in her new role".
