Ibstock plc (the "Company") has been informed that Justin Read, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Carillion plc with effect from 1 December 2017.  He has also been appointed as Chairman designate of Carillion's Audit Committee and will assume that post following the preliminary announcement of Carillion's 2017 results.
