Board Changes

Ibstock plc ("Ibstock" or the "Company") announces that following the sale by Diamond (BC) S.à r.l (the "Seller") of its shareholding in the Company announced on 26 April 2017, the Relationship Agreement between the Seller and Ibstock has been terminated. Accordingly, under the terms of the Relationship Agreement, Matthias Boyer Chammard and Michel Plantevin will resign from the Board following the AGM to be held on Wednesday 24 May 2017.

Following these resignations, resolutions 7 and 9 seeking the re-election of Matthias Boyer Chammard and Michel Plantevin, respectively, which were to be voted upon at the AGM are redundant and will now be withdrawn.

Jamie Pike, Chairman of Ibstock commented: "I would like to express personally, and on behalf of the Board, thanks to both Michel and Matthias for the constructive and thoughtful contribution they have made to the Board and the Company during our time as a listed company".
