I, Christopher Arnold, FAusIMM, as an author of the report entitled “Hod Maden Project Feasibility Study – Technical Report NI 43-101”, dated December 15, 2021 (the “Technical Report”), consent to being named in the MCR and to the use of the Technical Report in connection with the filing of the MCR and to the inclusion of the written disclosure of the Technical Report and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the written disclosure contained in the MCR or incorporated by reference into the Prospectus.
