COMMERCIAL REGISTRY OF THE SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

In accordance with and for the purposes of the applicable law, Ibersol, SGPS, SA, ("Ibersol") informs that it has completed its share capital increase from 36,000,000.00 Euros to 46,000,000.00 Euros, through the issuance of 10,000,000 new ordinary, registered, bookentry shares with a nominal value of 1.00 Euro, at the issue and subscription price of 4.00 Euros (which includes a premium of 3 Euros per New Share), with subscription reserved to shareholders in the exercise of their preemptive rights and to other investors that acquire subscription rights, and that such capital increase was registered today at the competent Commercial Registry Office.

Accordingly, Ibersol's share capital post capital increase stands at 46,000,000.00 Euros, represented by 46.000.000 ordinary, registered, book entry shares with a nominal value of 1.00 Euro.

Ibersol estimates that the admission to trading in the regulated market Euronext Lisbon of the new shares will take place on 19 November under the ISIN code PTIBS0AM0008.

Further to the admission to trading, the new shares will be merged with the existing old shares to represent the new share capital of Ibersol.
