EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVITY PERIOD FOR THE NEGOTIATION OF THE PROPOSAL FOR THE ACQUISITION OF BURGER KING RESTAURANTS

Following the announcements dated 10 March 2022, 20 April 2022 and 11 May 2022 regarding the non-binding proposal presented by Restaurant Brands Iberia, S.A. ("RBI"), for the acquisition of Burger King restaurants, Ibersol, SGPS, S.A. informs that the exclusivity period agreed for the negotiations that were initiated with RBI was extended until 3rd June 2022.
