REVISED BINDING OFFER FOR THE ACQUISITION OF BURGER KING RESTAURANTS

Following the announcements of 5 and 12 June 2022, a Ibersol, SGPS, S.A. informs that today the Board of Directors of the Company decided to continue negotiations with Restaurant Brands Iberia, S.A. ("RBI") relating to the potential acquisition of Burger King restaurants in Portugal and Spain proposed by the latter, by means of the purchase of the companies IBER KING - RESTAURAÇÃO, S.A. and LURCA S.A.U., following the analysis of the revised binding offer received from RBI.

In this context, the negotiations with the view to discuss the contractual documentation of the potential transaction, in its legal and financial perspectives, will take place until next 30 June.
