Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of IB Infotech Enterprises in their meeting held on today i.e. 13[th] February, 2021 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Mukesh Jadhav as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect i.e 13[th] February, 2021 and in his place Ms. Bhagyashri Naik has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 13[th] February, 2021 pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(2) Para A Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Ms. Bhagyashri Naik is a qualified graduate in Commerce and having post graduate diploma in Finance Management and having a requisite experience in the field of Accounts and finance.
The co-ordinates of Ms Bhagyashri Naik are same as that of the Company.
