The Issuer has its common shares and warrants listed and trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“ CSE ”). The Issuer’s current ISIN # for its common shares is CA45956A1066 and its current CUSIP # is 45956A106. The Issuer’s current ISIN # for its warrants is CA45956A1140 and its current CUSIP # is 45956A114. The Issuer trades under the symbol “BETS”.
On May 18, 2021, the Company changed its name to “i3 Interactive Inc.” (the “ New Name ”) with the BC Corporate Registry.
Pursuant to CSE Policy 9, please be advised that on May 21, 2021, the Effective Date, the Issuer’s common shares will trade under the New Name. The Issuer’s symbol will remain the same.
The new ISIN # is CA45073W1068 and the new CUSIP # is 45073W106 with respect to the Issuer’s common shares. The new ISIN # is CA45073W1142 and the new CUSIP # is 45073W114 with respect to the Issuer’s warrants.
