i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a leading provider of cloud-based Strategy Execution software solutions designed for the Global 5000, confirms that, further to its announcement dated 5 May 2022 and following the appointment of Drew Whibley to the Board as CFO, Alyson Levett has duly stepped down from the Board of Directors.

Through her role as Corporate Advisor to the Company she will remain available to Drew and thereby ensure a smooth transition.
