Transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities

Hyve Group plc announces that it was notified on 12 March 2023 that Nicholas Backhouse, Non-Executive Director, had sold 26 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 1 March 2023.  The shares were automatically sold, by the operator of the account through which Mr Backhouse holds his shares, pursuant to the account terms and conditions to cover fees in relation to Mr Backhouse's account. The total proceeds of sale were £26.59.
