Hyve Group plc announces that it was notified on 5 October 2022 that Richard Last, Chairman, and Mark Shashoua, Chief Executive Officer, had each purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 5 October 2022.  Hyve was also notified on 5 October 2022 that John Gulliver, Chief Finance and Operations Officer, had purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 5 October 2022.
