NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), ITE Group plc ('the Company') was notified on 15 December 2014, in order to satisfy Disclosure Rule 3.1.2, that Marco Sodi, Non-executive Chairman of ITE Group plc,  purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 12 December 2014 at a price of £1.40p per ordinary share.

Following this transaction Mr Sodi holds 175,000 ordinary shares representing 0.07% of the Company's share capital.
