NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), ITE Group plc ('the Company') was notified on 2 December 2014, in order to satisfy Disclosure Rule 3.1.2, of the following transaction:

-  That Russell Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 151p per share.

This sale was made for personal purposes, to part fund a house purchase.

Following the sale, Mr Taylor now has an interest in 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.6 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company, and has no plans to sell any of his remaining holding in the immediate future.
