Changes in Director Responsibilities

Hyve Group plc announces the appointment of Nicholas Backhouse as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company, replacing Stephen Puckett who has stepped down as Chairman but remains a member of the Audit Committee.  The Company also announces that Stephen has stepped down as a member of the Remuneration Committee and has become Chairman of the Risk Committee of the Company.  These changes took effect following the Annual General Meeting on 23 January 2020.  Stephen will continue to serve as Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Nomination Committee.
