ITE Group appoints Non-Executive Director

ITE Group plc the emerging and developing markets exhibitions specialist, today announces that Stephen Puckett will join the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2013. Stephen, who is a Chartered Accountant, will be a member of ITE's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

From 2001 to 2012, he was Group Finance Director of Michael Page International plc, during which time he oversaw a period of significant overseas expansion and growth.

Stephen is also currently a Non-Executive Director of Hydrogen Group plc and chairs its Audit Committee.

Commenting on the appointment, ITE Group Chairman, Marco Sodi said, "I am delighted to welcome Stephen Puckett to our Board. He brings a wealth of international operating and financial experience and will further strengthen the ITE Board."

The above disclosures are made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules (the 'Rules').

The following information is disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the Rules: Stephen was a director of Shelland Hopkins Advertising Limited, a subsidiary of Wace Print Group Limited of which he was Finance Director, which completed a creditors' voluntary liquidation in 1991 during his tenure as a director.
