UPDATED TIMETABLE – SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Triple Energy Ltd (Proposed to be renamed Hyterrra Ltd, ASX: TNP, Triple or Company ) provides the following updated timetable in relation to the proposed 1:3.33 (recurring) share consolidation to be considered by Shareholders on 30 June 2022 ( Consolidation ). The only variation to the previously disclosed timetable is the change in Record Date to 5 July 2022:
