COMPLETION OF DESPATCH OF HOLDING STATEMENTS
HyTerra Ltd, formerly Triple Energy Limited (pending change of code to ASX: HYT, the Company) advises that despatch of holding statements for the Company’s Consolidation of Capital on a three (3) for ten (10) basis as approved by Shareholders on 30 June 2022 has been completed.
The Company’s post-consolidation capital structure is as follows:
