Triple Energy Limited (ASX: TNP, Triple , or Company ) advises that 50,000,000 Tranche #2 Performance Shares approved by shareholders at a general meeting held on 19 December 2012 have automatically converted into 5 new fully paid ordinary shares in accordance with their terms and conditions.

An ASX Appendix 3B in respect of the new shares has been lodged together with this notice.
