PERFORMANCE SHARES
Triple Energy Limited (ASX: TNP, Triple , or Company ) advises that 50,000,000 Tranche #1 Performance Shares approved by shareholders at a general meeting held on 19 December 2012 have automatically converted into 5 new fully paid ordinary shares in accordance with their terms and conditions and in line with advice received from the relevant independent expert that the relevant milestone had not been met as at the milestone date.
An ASX Appendix 3B in respect of the new shares has been lodged together with this notice.
